SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION
• We ship domestically and internationally. Please contact us at orders@thewell.la for any shipping inquiries.

ORDER ARRIVAL
• Arrival time is not guaranteed.
• For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional  charge.
• For most orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, shipment will arrive between 3 – 5 days of shipment pickup.
• Orders shipped via USPS Priority Express will arrive between 1 – 2 days of shipment pickup.
• Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail International will arrive between 6 – 10 days of shipment pickup

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Merchandise in salable condition originally purchased from THE WELL web store are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be accompanied with original sales receipt.
• No price adjustments or price matching.
• For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (see HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE).
• All online orders are allowed to be returned directly to the store. Must provide original proof of purchase. 1006 S. Olive Street, L.A., 90015.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than U.S.

  • Sales are final for items purchased using discount code

• Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
• Holiday Returns: During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st – Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately (orders@thewell.la).

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
• Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
• Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please request a return label to orders@thewell.la.
To ship an item back to THE WELL please:
• Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
• For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
• Pack your item(s) and invoice into a USPS Priority bag/box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
• Mail your package using one of the following methods:
a. Schedule a free pick-up with your regular postal worker
b. Drop your package in a mail drop box
c. Drop your package at the post office without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end)
